Can somebody help me out with a movie from the 1990's?

I can't remember the title but all I remember was:
- High school setting
- Kids got high
- There was an initiation for freshman girls
- A bunch of guys went smashing mailboxes
- This guy liked a girl of course

That's all I remember but it was really funny!
